Owner-Operator
If you'd rather be your own boss and simply partner with Barrow, in certain states you can become an Owner-Operator.
This means you'll contract your own truck or lease one, have the option to run as a solo owner or bring in a team driver to run with you, and haul Barrow freight.
It also means you can have a higher earning potential (but you'll have more responsibilities, too).

Million Miler Program
Barrow's truck driver Million Miler program recognizes drivers who have reached 1, 2, 3 and 4 million dispatched miles.
To celebrate, we present each of our new members with gifts and drivers at the 3- and 4-million levels receive special recognitions during a party held in their honor.
Once you've become a member of our Million Miler program, you can not only choose the color of your new truck,
but you'll also be eligible to receive periodic discretionary performance bonuses for your safety and productivity, you'll earn more based on your experience .
